Chiropractic care is best known for addressing spinal issues, and this remains the foundation of what we do. The spine includes the neck, upper back, lower back, and pelvis, all of which play a major role in movement quality, posture, and how the nervous system communicates with the rest of the body.
Common symptoms patients describe include:
- sharp, stiff, or achy pain—with or without movement
- difficulty going from sitting to standing, lying down to sitting, or turning and bending comfortably
- Others notice numbness, tingling, burning, or heaviness that travels into the arms, hands, legs, or feet.
- Feelings of instability, tightness, recurring flare-ups, or being “stuck” in certain positions are also very common.
My job is to figure out exactly what’s going on, without overcomplicating it. I’ll explain what the problem is in easy to understand language, what’s contributing to it, how long recovery typically takes, and what the best course of care looks like for you. From there, I help guide you toward the right steps so you can get back to your specific goals and feel more confident in your body again.
