A simple, structured approach based on how your body responds over time

In-Clinic Care

Every visit includes an assessment of how your entire body is moving and functioning. Depending on your goals, daily activities, and sport-specific demands, care may include:

• Spine and extremity assessment
• Chiropractic adjustments to restricted joints
• Soft tissue work and stretching as needed
• Muscle activation and movement-based testing
• Sport-specific movement assessment when appropriate
• Ongoing reassessment to monitor progress and reach your goals

At-Home Support

The work doesn't stop when you leave the clinic. To help maintain progress between visits, recommendations may include:

• Mobility exercises to improve movement
• Stability and movement control exercises
• Activity modifications during flare-ups
• Strategies to help manage symptoms at home
• Guidance for returning to sport, exercise, and daily activities

Every visit includes assessment and adjusting of both the spine and extremities when needed, recognizing that movement restrictions in one area can affect how the rest of the body functions.

Care is supported by active care strategies and clear guidance to help you move better outside the clinic. This may include mobility work, balance drills, and basic strength or loading where appropriate.

When more comprehensive rehabilitation or progressive strength training is needed, I work closely with trusted practitioners in my network who specialize in that aspect of care — so your recovery stays coordinated and effective.
