Dr. Adam Will, Chiropractor in Port Moody, playing professional lacrosse for the Buffalo Bandits of the National Lacrosse League.

I started playing lacrosse when I was seven years old and eventually had the opportunity to play professionally for the Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League.

By the time I was training for my professional tryout, chiropractic care had become a regular part of how I managed the physical demands of training, recovery, and competition.

When I made the team, there was an unexpected challenge. Between training camp, practices, travel, and the start of the season, I went nearly two months without receiving chiropractic care due to the team not having one for us.

That was when I really noticed the difference.

I started waking up extremely stiff in the mornings and sometimes felt like I was hobbling around when I first got out of bed. Headaches began returning once or twice a week, my low back became increasingly sore, and I found myself spending nearly an extra hour stretching before practices just to feel ready to move.

Eventually, the team brought one on and I started to see him weekly.

Over the following weeks, the morning stiffness settled down, the headaches became far less frequent, my back felt better, and I no longer felt like I needed an extensive routine just to warm up for practices and workouts. I was able to continue progressing in the gym and recover better between training sessions.

That experience taught me that strength alone isn't enough. Mobility, recovery, and movement quality all play an important role in helping athletes perform at their best.

Today, I enjoy helping active adults, athletes, and weekend warriors overcome many of the same challenges I faced throughout my playing career.

If you're dealing with recurring injuries, stiffness, headaches, mobility restrictions, or recovery challenges, I'd be happy to help.
